The fire water supply and drainage valve is an important accessory for the control of industrial and construction pipelines. The fire valve is composed of three parts: the valve body, the opening and closing mechanism, and the valve cover. Among them, the fire signal butterfly valve has the advantages of simple structure, reliable sealing, easy opening, long life and convenient maintenance. Therefore, it is widely used in various pipelines of water supply and drainage, building fire protection and other systems, especially in fire protection pipelines.

Its working principle is briefly described as follows:

1. The signal butterfly valve is driven by the worm gear and the worm gear to rotate the shaft and the butterfly plate to realize the opening and closing and control the flow.

2. Rotate the hand wheel of the worm and gear transmission device to make the butterfly plate open and close and adjust the flow. The hand wheel rotates clockwise to close the valve.

3. There are two types of micro switches in the worm gear transmission box:

a. There are two micro switches in the open direction and closed direction in the transmission box, which act respectively when the valve is fully opened and closed, and connect the "valve open" and "valve close" indicator lights in the control room to make them accurate. Display the valve switch status.

b. Set a micro switch in the closing direction in the transmission box (the fully closed position of the butterfly plate is 0°). When the butterfly plate is in the position of 0°～40°, the micro switch supports and outputs the valve closing signal, 40°～ When the position is 90°, the other pair of normally closed valves can output the valve opening signal. The cam of the pressing micro switch can be adjusted to display the different positions of the butterfly plate.

The signal butterfly valve in fire fighting is simply a switch in the fire pipe network, because the water in the fire pipe network must be kept unblocked, so as to ensure the timeliness of fire extinguishing, so once the signal butterfly valve is closed, the signal module will report the fire alarm to the host and notify the monitoring The central fire pipe network is closed.
