The hydraulic control valve is a valve controlled by water pressure. It consists of a main valve (as shown in Figure 1) and its attached conduits, guides, needles, ball valves and pressure gauges. According to the purpose of use, function and place, it can be evolved into remote control float valve, pressure reducing valve, slow closing check valve, flow control valve, pressure relief valve, hydraulic electric control valve, etc. The hydraulic control refers to the two types of diaphragm type and piston type. The working principle is the same. Both are driven by the pressure difference △P between the upper and lower reaches, and are controlled by the guide, so that the hydraulic differential operation of the diaphragm (piston) is completely automatically adjusted by hydraulic power, so that Make the main valve disc fully open or fully closed or in a regulating state. When the pressure water entering the control tank above the diaphragm (piston) is discharged to the atmosphere or the downstream low-pressure area, the pressure value acting on the bottom of the idle plate and below the diaphragm is greater than the upper pressure level, so that the main valve reading plate is pushed to the top. Fully open position; when the pressure water entering the control chamber above the diaphragm [piston] cannot be discharged to the atmosphere or the downstream low pressure area, the pressure value acting on the top of the diaphragm (piston) is greater than the pressure value below, so the main read The reading plate is pressed to the fully closed position; when the pressure value in the control valve above the diaphragm (piston) is between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure, the main reading plate is in the adjustment state, and its adjustment position depends on the needle valve in the catheter system and the joint control function between the adjustable conduction. The adjustable guide can open or close its own small valve port through the outlet pressure of the sink and changes with it, thereby changing the pressure value controlled above the diaphragm (piston), and controlling the adjustment position of the main valve disc.
